Play Cards
Arcade play cards can be purchased at KBXtreme at one of our 3 red iTeller machines that are located in and around the arcade area.
Just head to the customer service desk and one of our customer service associates can help you out.
We use tap to play technology!Just tap your card on the card reader located on each game to get it started.
BOWLING
Reservations are not required, but strongly recommended. We have 16 lanes and often host tournaments, bowling leagues, big parties, concerts, and other events. You can book and pay in full here to guarantee your reservation. Calling in advance or stopping by the customer service desk are other ways we can reserve a bowling lane for you. Booked and paid lanes are non-refundable, however you may notify us of a change at least 24 hours in advance for a reschedule option at the same pricing tier. Deposits are non-refundable.
Open bowling is a term used to describe non-sanctioned, competitive play and non-special hours such as cosmic or video music bowling. This is simple, open bowling times with standard pricing available for the public. Open bowling is Daily from 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week, Reservations recommended to avoid full lanes and league bowling.
KBXtreme does not offers a per game option. Bowling is only sold by the hour. Unlimited bowling games for up to 6 bowlers on a single lane for 1 hour.
We reserve specific lanes and tables for party packages only. Lanes and tables are first come, first serve otherwise. Regular bowling reservations are subject to change.
Bowling shoes are required. If you have your own bowling shoes, that is acceptable. If not, shoes must be rented. Shoe rentals are priced at $5.00.
Most leagues start about 5-6pm and end around 9-10pm Monday-Thursday. Senior leagues are 9am-noon, Monday and Thursday. Visit the customer service desk or our bowl page for league info.
Time may be extended by 15-minute increments or a flat hour for an additional fee. Just visit the customer service desk to continue.
Both are allowed. Chubby’s can cater to your lane or party and we have cocktail waitresses that will take bar or food orders from your lane.

Birthday Parties
Fill out the contact planner form and our party planners will contact you with more information to organize your party. Our planners will send over a contract that will need to be signed and returned. A $25 deposit is required. We accept credit cards or cash.
We do require party packages to be reserved 48 hours in advance.
Parties may require a deposit paid by credit card or cash. Contact your party planner for deposit details.
Our arcade party room hours are priced as follows:
1 room, 1 hour: $35 / additional hour: $30
2 rooms, 1 hour: $65 / additional hour: $55
3 rooms, 1 hour: $95 / additional hour: $80
Our policy is no outside food or drink, except for cake or ice cream cake. Chubby’s, located inside KBXtreme, can cater to your lanes for other food and beverage needs (808-329-2960).
Events
21+ only allowed in the Karaoke lounge. For special events, see signage indicating age requirements. Some events are designated and staffed as “All Ages.” A $25 deposit is required for private Karaoke Lounge rentals.
Lounge max capacity is 71 persons, a single party room is 25 max (18 seated comfortably).
Check our events page for online ticket sales here. Tickets are usually also sold through KBXtreme at the customer service desk Box Office or through the independent concert promoter’s website.
Everywhere in the building except in the restrooms or in the video arcade. Alcohol is allowed in the party rooms behind the arcade, in which case a server can bring your drinks to your room. Absolutely no alcohol outside during ordinary business hours. See special instructions on signage at the venue for outdoor events or all-ages concerts or comedy shows.
Most concerts and comedy shows are held indoors with our special stage built over the bowling lanes with guests up to 880 people. Depending on the capacity, bowling may be available during music shows. Larger concerts are held on the stage in the parking lot with guests up to 3,300 people. Chubby’s Diner and the XFactor Bar are open for concessions during all music events. The Karaoke lounge is also used for more intimate musical and comedy acts with seated tables for up to 100 guests. Concerts at KBXtreme are booked by independent concert promoters or artists and KBXtreme acts as the venue for these shows. Specifics and logistics may change based on the promoters criteria. Please leave large backpacks and bags, coolers, outside food and drinks, chairs, refillable bottles, hydroflasks, and strollers at home.
